2024 ADULTS HORSE EVENT NOMINATION
THERE ARE TWO STEPS TO NOMINATE:
Please make sure you complete both steps for each rider!
1. To participate in any horse event you will need to fill out the below waiver form from National Rodeo Council Australia and pay the fee for insurance $13.95/rider
2. Fill out nomination form below and pay the nomination fee plus insurance fee.
**Note: You will have to complete a nomination form for every horse each rider is nominating on.

All riders compete at their own risk.

Motorbikes - This is a National Rodeo Council of Australia (NRCA) sanctioned event. All National Rodeo Council of Australia (NRCA) rules will apply, and you must complete the appropriate waiver (NRCA), insurance and nomination requirements BEFORE competing.

Horses - This is a National Rodeo Council of Australia (NRCA) sanctioned event. All National Rodeo Council of Australia (NRCA) rules will apply, and you must complete the appropriate waiver (NRCA), insurance and nomination requirements BEFORE competing.

Regulation level Safety helmets are compulsory in all motorbike and horse events. Helmets are to be done up at all times when competing otherwise rider will be disqualified.

Horse Riding Helmets must comply with relevant Australian Standard ASNZS3838/03

Motorbike Helmets must comply with relevant Australian Motorcycle Helmet Standard AS/NZS 1698:2006

Long sleeve shirts, full length jeans/pants and boots that cover the ankles are compulsory for all events.

All bike riders to attend RIDERS BRIEFING and scrutineering on the morning before competition. All competing bikes are to be unloaded and remain in the marshalling area for the duration of the event. Any motorbike and rider entering horse track area will forfeit nomination and will be disqualified from entering all events for the rest of the Sports Event.

Age groups are determined by AGE ON THE DAY of the event. “Open” events are for competitors 18 years or older. Children 17 years and under may compete in their age events only. All bike riders are restricted to one bike per event.

No 4 WHEELERS PERMITTED in motorbike events.

Riders must not ride under the influence of alcohol or prohibited drugs. No alcohol to be brought onto grounds.

The Committee reserves the right to refuse any nomination and to alter the program in any way.

The Hungerford Sports Association Inc and the members of its committee, its servants and agents shall not be liable or responsible to any person whether an adult or a minor for any injury, loss and or damage of whatsoever nature arising from any cause whatsoever, and this shall exclude all liability without exemption and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, shall not be liable in negligence for breach of contract or as occupier or otherwise howsoever.
