Conditions:

CONDITIONS:
1. All riders compete at their own risk.


2. Motorbikes - This is a Motorcycling Australia/ Motorcycling Queensland (MA/MQ) sanctioned event. All Motorcycling Australia/ Motorcycling Queensland (MA/MQ) rules will apply, and you must obtain the appropriate insurance

(Ridernet License) and complete nomination requirements BEFORE competing.
3. Horses - This is a National Rodeo Council (NRC) sanctioned event. All National Rodeo Council (NRC) rules will apply, and you must complete the appropriate waiver (NRC), insurance and nomination requirements BEFORE competing.


4. Regulation level Safety helmets are compulsory in all motorbike and horse events. Helmets are to be done up at all times when competing otherwise rider will be disqualified.


5. Long sleeve shirts, full length jeans/pants and boots that cover the ankles are compulsory for all events.


6. All bike riders to attend RIDERS BRIEFING and scrutineering on the morning before competition. All competing bikes are to be unloaded and remain in the marshalling area for the duration of the event. Any motorbike and rider entering horse track area will forfeit nomination and will be disqualified from entering all events for the rest of the Sports Event.


7. Age groups are determined by AGE ON THE DAY of the event. “Open” events are for competitors 16 years or older. Children 15 years and under may compete in their age events only. All bike riders are restricted to one bike per event.


8. 4-6 years motorbike events are NON-COMPETITIVE, no prize money will be awarded. All bikes must be 50cc or under, with or without training wheels.


9. No 4 WHEELERS PERMITTED in motorbike events.
10. Riders must not ride under the influence of alcohol or prohibited drugs. No alcohol to be brought onto grounds.
11. The Committee reserves the right to refuse any nomination and to alter the program in any way.


12. The Hungerford Sports Association Inc and the members of its committee, its servants and agents shall not be liable or responsible to any person whether an adult or a minor for any injury, loss and or damage of whatsoever nature arising from any cause whatsoever, and this shall exclude all liability without exemption and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, shall not be liable in negligence for breach of contract or as occupier or otherwise howsoever.


13. The Committee’s decision is final.
